Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana always have something up their impeccably tailored sleeves. The star-favorite design pair have ruled the runway since 1985. Dolce & Gabbana are known for their ultra feminine tailoring and leopard-lined bodycon dresses with sexuality reminiscent of Sophia Loren in “Ieri, Oggi, Domani”
But, things are changing a bit in la dolce vita of Dolce & Gabbana…
The pair announced the end of their diffusion line D&G last summer, and most recently the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
Dolce & Gabbana have designed a baroque inspired children’s line to debut fall/winter 2012. The collection features mini versions of some of their more classic designs, even offering a child’s size version of the coveted “Sicily” bag. The collection features embellishments in lace, tweed, crochet, and of course animal prints. The collection is for infants 0 to 3, as well as children ranging from ages 3 10 to. The collection is a classically chic, toned-down, and more wearable version of Dolce & Gabbana favorites for the little ones.
You can get your hands on some Dolce & Gabbana garments for the kids in stores starting the end of July
